ARMED RESPONSE
The MY911 command centre connects you instantly to the nearest armed response, wherever and whenever you need it.
Gain access to over 300 private armed response companies nationwide—your first line of defence in any emergency. This invaluable service is complimentary for all Safety Contributors, ensuring you have the help you need, when you need it. Please note that this service is available at no cost except in cases of negligence or misuse.
A standard call-out fee of R350 (incl. VAT) applies for misuse.

MEDICAL ASSESSMENT
If your emergency is health-related, the command centre will dispatch medical emergency services to assess the patient. After evaluation, the patient can choose to be transported to a hospital.
The cost for stabilising a person is up to R850 per call-out.
If the patient is unconscious and their medical information is unavailable, they will be taken to the nearest public hospital.
Ambulance transport costs will vary based on the distance traveled.

AMBULANCE TRANSPORT
Following an assessment of the patient’s condition, the decision may be made to transport him/her to a hospital.
If a patient is unconscious and their medical information cannot be retrieved, they will be taken to the nearest public hospital.
Ambulance transport can cost from R2,500 per trip, depending on distance & service provider.
Patients with valid medical aid are not directly liable for this cost – T&Cs apply.
